Mahalo for your support Kauai! Happy New Year!!!
Here are the reheating instructions/guidelines for this week, but if you are kitchen savy, feel free to reheat/prepare them however you prefer...if not, then please read further for directions. Always reheat items until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees for safe food temps/service.
~Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees~
Once the oven is preheated...
-SHRIMP - Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes
-RICE/VEGGIES - Bake at 350 degrees for about 5-10 minutes
-SALAD - Serve chilled
*NOTE: Always pre-heat the oven or toaster oven prior to putting the items in, cooking times are reflected for a pre-heated oven.
Potatoes/Veggies/Rice - Bake at 350 degrees for about 5-10 minutes pending how much/which item you ordered
Mac & Cheese - Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes
Soups - Heat on the stovetop, on medium-low heat until simmering
Lomi Lomi Kale Salad - Add dressing to the kale, massage well (until kale starts to soften), enjoy chilled
Other Salads - Add dressing, enjoy chilled
Breakfast Quiche - Slice quiche into average pie slices and serve chilled or at room temp, or heat in preheated oven or toaster oven at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes, do not overcook
Brownies/Cheesecakes - Enjoy chilled or at room temp
Cobbler - Bake at 350 degrees for about 5-10 minutes
Bloody Mary Mix - Enjoy "as-is" for a mocktail or mix with your favorite libation (we love it with gin!), add ice, stir well (or shake in a shaker if you have), and add the pickled veggies (and some bacon if you have it...). We also like to add a celery salt & cracked pepper to half the rim as well. Enjoy!
Simple Syrups - Use about 1-2 tablespoons (pending desired sweetness and size of the glass) to club soda or sparkling water for a mocktail, or mix with your favorite libation and top off with fresh citrus and a splash of soda. Cheers! For more specific cocktail recipes, inquire with us further.
